What is the tuition?
Tuition Rates for 2020 – 2021
Pre-school

Tuition is payable in one-lump sum, or over a ten month period from July-April. Tuition may be electronically withdrawn from your bank account.
Grant and aid assessment applications are available after tuition is set.
Tuition for the upcoming school year will be available in April of that year.
What are the times of the school day?
School is required to be in session 177 days. The school day begins at 8:30 A.M. and students are released at 3:20. Students may arrive at school at 7:30 and wait in Memorial Hall with a teacher until 8:05 when students may enter their classrooms.
Is transportation provided?
Bus service is provided through the Campbell County School District for students living within their established routes. Depending on the route, students may be able to get off at a day care. Transportation home for half-day kindergartners is not guaranteed. It is determined after the school year starts and routes are set.
Is a hot lunch served?
Our cafeteria serves a delicious, nutritious lunch.
Is there a nurse available?
St. Joseph is blessed with a dedicated Registered Nurse. She is available five days a week from 9:30 A.M. until 1:30 P.M.
What enrichment classes are provided?
All students receive the following enrichment classes at least once per week: music, art, physical education, library, computers, and Spanish.
What is the teacher/student ratio?
The current ratio for 2016-17 is twenty-one students per teacher.
Do kindergarten students eat in the cafeteria?
Students in grades K-8 who stay all day may pack their lunch or purchase hot lunches. Peanut butter and/or jelly or a cold cheese sandwich are options.
How often do the students attend Mass?
Students in grades one through eight attend Mass on Fridays. All students, K-8, attend Mass on the First Friday of each month, and special Masses.

Are St. Joseph graduates prepared for high school?
St Joseph students consistently earn scholarsips to Catholic high schools based on merit and applications. The Class of 2018 earned 4 merit scholarships and 38 scholarships based on a variety of applications
Upon Graduating High school, St Joseph graduates earn honors such as Veledictorian, Salutatorian, and Governor's Scholors.
2018 Valedictorian and Salutatorian at Bishoop Brossart, 1 Governor's Scholar and 1 Governor's Scholar for the Arts
2016 Valedictorian at Bishop Brossart and 5 Governor's Scholars
2015 Valedictorian and Salutatorian at Bishop Brossart and 6 Governor's Scholars

In 2013 the valedictorians of Bishop Brossart and Campbell County High School were St. Joseph graduates. Eight scholarships, based on the High School Placement Test, were awarded to eighth grade graduates.
In 2012 the valedictorians of Bishop Brossart and Villa Madonna Academy, and the salutatorian and distinguished graduate of Notre Dame Academy were St. Joseph graduates. Three graduates were named Governor’s Scholars. Eight scholarships, based on the High School Placement Test, were awarded to eighth grade graduates.
In 2011 the valedictorians of Bishop Brossart, Newport Central Catholic, and Campbell County High Schools were St. Joseph graduates along with the salutatorian of Notre Dame Academy. In addition, St. Joseph eighth graders won eight scholarships based on their achievement on the High School Placement Test.
